Purposeful Training

Purposeful Training1 is a dynamic program, modeled after TempusClinic protocols, medically proven, to help you become healthier and biologically younger. It is motivational, fun and exciting. The protocol is driven by specific exercise activities, nutritional counseling, and stress reducing techniques. We carefully monitor the results of each work-out, helping you to enhance your endocrine hormones and metabolic factors. These factors stimulate the systemic regeneration of cells, aiding the body's healing, increasing strength and endurance and agility, reducing visceral fat, lowering inflammation, and reducing the degenerating aspects of aging.

It has been proven that every individual's body deteriorates at a predictable rate each year. Our goal is to help slow down this process, reverse some factors and lower your biological age.

The program begins with a complete Fitness Assessment and Nutritional Counseling. Your fitness assessment will include a health history analysis, resting evaluation (blood pressure and resting heart rate), body composition testing, diagnostic strength, flexibility and cardiovascular testing. Everyone in the program will use the latest technology tracking heart rate variability, carefully monitoring your progress. Our state of the art testing equipment will help us determine your fitness level as well as create your personal profile. This key information will also help us design your custom Purposeful Training Program and get you on the road to becoming healthier and more self-confident.
