AQUA
This class offers a multi-level cardiovascular and strength workout in water. Buoyancy equipment is used making this a low-impact challenge. All levels welcome.

CARDIO DANCE
Get an aerobic workout while dancing! Each instructor brings her own individual style to this high-intensity class. Variations include basic jazz, hip-hop, and salsa. These inspiring and powerful classes will improve your form, grace, strength, and rhythm. All levels welcome.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Utilizes the weights, weight machines, and other equipment in timed intervals at a variety of stations. Abdominals and stretch included. All levels welcome.

PILATES
This mat class adapts principles of the Pilates technique to teach balance and torso stabilization emphasizing the back and the abdominal area. Excellent for improving strength, flexibility, and posture. All levels welcome.

PURPOSEFUL CONDITIONING
Be prepared for a complete cross training workout! This conditioning class covers a total body workout including cardio, strength and flexibility training. A variety of equipment will be used for high energy motivation!

PURPOSEFUL SCULPT
Combines a moderate aerobic workout with strength and flexibility training. Consists of a 10-minute warm-up and stretch; 25 minutes of stepping using hand-held weights for upper body strength; 25 minutes of standing and floor exercises emphasizing core strength and incorporating weights, bars, bungees, and stability balls; 15 minutes of stretching and cool-down. All levels welcome.

QI GONG
This class is a moving meditation. Movements mirror nature and the fluidity of water. Although the body is moving, the mind should remain centered and calm.

SPINNING
Classes are performed on a stationary bicycle. Drills are used to train both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Stretch included.

STEP
High intensity aerobic workout, utilizing the bench step that may be performed at a high or low level impact. Patterns are moderate to complex. Body conditioning, abdominals and stretch.

TAI CHI
An Eastern practice that combines a series of fluid movements with deep breathing techniques to encourage strength, balance, and concentration. This class will reduce your stress and rejuvenate your mind.

TOTAL BODY ENERGIZER
This is the ideal class for the low to middle level exercise enthusiast. Body toning is the main focus by incorporating the weighted body bars and hand weights. The over-all body is conditioned.

YOGA
The traditional practice of yoga postures, accompanied by deep breathing, creates a continuous flow of energy. Yoga focuses on internal strength, postural integration, and radiant health. All levels welcome.

YOGA FLOW
Traditional postures and movements with more fluidity. Poses flow from one to the next without a break between movements.
