Programs: Purposeful Training

Purposeful Training1, a revolutionary program modeled after TempusClinic’s medically proven protocols, is designed to help you become healthier and reduce your biological age through specific exercise activities, nutritional counseling and stress management. It is motivational, fun and exciting and more importantly, produces measurable results.

Education is the foundation of Purposeful Training. Our program was established upon the belief that the best results in any training program come to those who understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. Purposeful Training is more than a fitness routine--it is an educational journey towards a better quality of life. In short, it is a long-term investment in your health.

It has been proven that every individual's body deteriorates at a predictable rate each year. Our goal is to help you to manage, slow and even reverse this process and ultimately lower your biological age. As a participant of Purposeful Training, you will work to achieve Metabolic Hormonal Transformation (MHT). This transformation stimulates the systemic regeneration of cells which aid your body in healing, increase your strength, endurance, agility and bone density, reduce your levels of cortisol, visceral fat and inflammation and control the degenerating aspects of aging.

Training Session Options

All of the following forms of training follow the TempusClinic-based Purposeful Training structure and philosophy.

Private Training
Work one-on-one with a certified Purposeful Trainer for the maximum amount of instruction and attention to detail. Private training is recommended for all new clients.

Partner Training
Pair up with a friend or family member and reduce the cost of your personal training or let us match you with the perfect exercise partner.

Small Group Training
Make the long-term commitment to your health and join up with a support network of 3-5 training buddies for a fun, affordable workout plan you can stick with.
